At Lakeway Brow Studio, your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us. Please review the following policies before your appointment:
SKIN SENSITIVITY & REACTIONS
Waxing and threading are hair removal methods that may cause temporary redness, irritation, or sensitivity especially on delicate areas such as the upper lip, chin, and face. Each client’s skin reacts differently, and results cannot be guaranteed.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or use of products such as retinol, acne medications, or exfoliants prior to the service.
PRE-SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY
Clients must follow all pre-care instructions. Services may be refused if skin is compromised, overly sensitive, or at risk of lifting.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, we are committed to client care and satisfaction. If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assess the situation and offer appropriate support. In some cases, a partial refund, service adjustment, or future credit may be offered at our discretion.
AFTERCARE
Proper aftercare is essential to avoid irritation. Clients will be advised on how to care for their skin post treatment, and failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in increased sensitivity.
